Wellness Services

Wellness Services help you maintain wellness, stopping health problems before they occur, and help catch health issues in early stages. Examples of these services include annual exams, STI screening, and well-women’s exams.

Sick Visits

A sick visit involves reviewing a patient’s current symptoms, medical history, and other factors to help determine the most effective form of treatment and then providing follow up care as needed. Our professional primary care can help to speed up the natural recovery process while providing relief to help make the symptoms more bearable.


Sports Physicals

Also called pre-participation physical examinations (PPE), sports physicals are usually a part of registering youths for participation in a sport. A sports physical helps to determine if it's safe for your child participate in sports.

Chronic Disease Management

Chronic disease management involves managing the symptoms of a long-term disease, thereby allowing patients to enjoy life. Examples include hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and asthma.

Pediatric Sick Visits

Pediatric sick visits can be used to treat and evaluate a variety of symptoms, such as rashes, sore throats, ear infections, and more. Currently treating children ages 2-years and up; we do not provide pediatric primary care.

Minor Injury and Wound Care

Seeking Primary Care for minor injuries and wound care serves to accelerate healing and avoid infection by providing comprehensive care. We not only treat, but also provide education and support to you and your loved ones for ongoing at-home care. Injuries treated include minor lacerations, minor burns, back injuries, sprains, etc.

Additional Services

CDL exams (cash pay), in office testing (strep, urinalysis, EKG, etc.), vision screening, minor biopsies, PAP.
